perfect colours of nature have been our models of excellence. At SCI since we
first started our plant in 1974. as one of the first paint manufacturer in Saudi
Arabia we have consistently grown in skills and experience.
Initially producing the Dulux brand for ICI, later being bought by the mighty
Basahel Trading group, we have gone from strength to strength now producing our
own and many third party brands of paint and related products.
The dynamic investment style of the Basahel Trading Group has been the catalyst
for SCI so that today through our plant expansions and technical innovation, we
have one of the most efficient and flexible paint factory in the GCC.
With the International assistance of the giant U.K.Paints and their colour
palette system we are currently offering a
spectrum of over 2,500 colours.
Over 200 key distributors are the backbone of SCI's
sales base . From our beginning SCI has expanded its sales scope to new
companies not only in Saudi Arabia but also all over the Gulf particularly
Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
A wide range of SCI's paints were of the first to be awarded the SASO national
quality standards emblem for its high quality products
In the year 2000, ISO9001
certificate was awarded to SCI. Which shows
our commitment for continuos improvement.
